:: How We Met :: The date was August 25th, 2000. Jo and her parents were moving in to her new dorm apartment to start the new school year. As Jo and her family were getting ready to leave for dinner, Jason started talking to Jo's parents in the common area about everything from the weather to real estate.  Jason was a friend of Jo's new roommates, and he seemed to be so knowledgeable about the Orlando area.  As the school semester began, Jason would be at the dorm hanging out and would always say hello when Jo got home from school.  One night, Jason, Jo, and Jo's new roommates went clubbing in downtown Orlando. Before everyone returned home that night, Jason told Jo that she was very attractive.  Jo always thought Jason was really cute, and at that point she knew he really liked her too. :: Josephine's Story :: Jo grew up in Plantation, Florida which is about seven miles west of Fort Lauderdale.  She enjoyed playing soccer, gymnastics and dancing with the Saint Thomas Aquinas Drill Team.  She has one younger brother, Carlo, who is currently attending the University of Central Florida.  Jo received her Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition at Florida State University, and received her Undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida. Currently, Jo is working as a Registered Dietitian at Florida Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale. In the future, she plans to work with diabetes and obesity in young children.        All the wonderful qualities about Josephine: The first quality I noticed about Jo was her unbelievable beauty, as mentioned above (How We Met).  The next quality that I noticed was how caring she was to everyone.  She will be the first one to listen to anyone's problems and help them out in any way possible.  After spending a weekend in South Florida with her family, I noticed that she was a family-oriented person who loved her little cousins.  As I got to know Jo more and more, I found that she had many other great qualities.  As our relationship grew, Jo and I were similar but different.  But our differences didn't get in the way, they actually helped balance us out.  For example,  I liked to watch my money, and Jo helped me spend it more than I would usually do ;-)  Jo liked to procrastinate, and I helped her so she wouldn't wait for the last day to do things.  We are similar in that we are best friends who love and trust each other very much.  We also love to go out and do things together, such as, watch basketball games, go to theme parks and the mall.  Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that she is Italian and that she can cook.  So if I can figure this out:   Beautiful+Best Friend+Loving+Trust+Family+Italian+Cook =  Why I love my baby very much I love you Jo Jason :: Jason's Story :: Jason was born and raised in Satellite Beach, Florida, a small beach town between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon.  He was always involved in sports, mainly soccer, basketball, track and baseball.  Jason has an older sister, an older brother, three nieces and three nephews.  He graduated from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.  Jason is currently working at Oldcastle Architectural Products Group based in Atlanta, Georgia.  His job title is MIS Trainer; however, his job is more like an internal consultant, traveling around the United States and Canada to various sites while implementing the Navision Axapta ERP System and training users how to use that system.       I can remember the first time I met Jason in my college dorm apartment, I really thought to myself, "Wow, he really knows a lot about everything, and look at how well he is getting along with my parents. How does he know so much random information?"   From that moment, our relationship has grown into something that is indescribable.  I never thought I would ever find a person with so many incredible qualities.  Jay is extremely creative and talented, whether it be designing this beautiful website or making me a calendar with memorable pictures for each month.  He is sensitive and understanding, and I feel as though I can tell him anything and everything. Even in the most stressful of times, he has this incredible ability to always put things in perspective and somehow find a logical solution. I really admire his perseverance and dedication to whatever he puts his mind to.  From the beginning of our relationship, he has shown me what it really means to have a soul mate. Jason is a great listener and he often goes out of his way to make me feel appreciated.  He is truly my best friend and the one person I know I want to grow old with.  I could not imagine my life without him and I thank God every day for bringing him into my life.  I love you.  Josephine
